Storm over Distant Cliffs - MV by PatGoltz Storm over Distant Cliffs - MV by PatGoltz
Taken in Monument Valley, probably in Arizona. By the time I got here, it was heavily overcast, but the clouds still added to the picture in my opinion.

Thank you! I want to go back to Utah real soon. There are many places I want to visit. But I'll probably head for New Mexico next. It won't cost as much, and I have a friend there I may be able to stay with, if she gets her house built in the meantime. Enjoy your trip!

Nice shot and a nice exposure as well. The clouds really add a nice sense of drama, mood and depth to the overall scene

LOL. I didn't finish in the valley for probably another hour. After that, I went and ate, which probably took another hour and a half. As I was leaving the restaurant, it had just started raining. But it clearly was raining heavily in places, and I ran into some of it. As long as I'm in the car and I'm dry, I don't care. :D

Oh, I'm OK with getting wet when it's warm, or if I go swimming (same thing, probably) but usually when it's warm, there's lightning, so I can't stay outside anyway.
