Made in Terragen. Terrain is Reef/Berge Strand by Thank you!

This is my most recent attempt to make an iceberg. This is a particularly difficult thing to do in Terragen because it has no ability to render transparent landforms. I am reasonably pleased with this one, although I'll keep trying to make better and better icebergs!

Thank you! I have been working on Terragen for a long time, and I feel I am making progress. :D  I'm glad to be at home where it's warm, too. I'd rather make Terragen icebergs than be next to a real one.

I'm sure practice leads to excellence, but it is still very good to me now :)

This is good to hear! Terragen is an excellent program, and with just a little practice, you can do quite well. Some people just slap up anything, but once you start really using the settings, it becomes a whole other ball of wax. :D

But I'll remember this  Thank you

maybe im biased, but in my eyes, your iceberg been the best I've ever seen.

I made an attempt last night but after a few hours, wasn't getting anywhere with it lmao looked like a rock with some snow on it ugh

maybe try again tonight.

Thank you very much! I tried several times to make good icebergs, to no avail; I was always sorely disappointed. I looked at a LOT of icebergs. This is the best I've done so far, though I would like to improve some more. Keep on trying. As you get better, they'll look better. Also, look at lots of icebergs like I did. Then you know what you are aiming for. Google will supply you with lots of pictures.
